Dehypnosis is a method created by Frédéric Vincent, whose path I crossed when I was looking for tools to give a more concise framework to the psycho-energetic sessions I was giving at that time.
Dehypnosis is based on the premise that we live in a mental hypnosis on a daily basis, creating and locking ourselves into repetitive behavioral loops. The work will then consist in getting out of these loops by taking as absolute reference what is felt in the moment.
This work echoes what I have been transmitting with Kashmir Yoga for many years, and allows me to guide you in an individual work that combines the power of the moment with the intensity of listening.
Dehypnosis is for you if you are experiencing temporary or chronic discomfort in your life:
- Discomfort
- Loss of bearings
- Lack of self-confidence
- Disease
- Anxiety attack
- Depression
- Family crisis
- Addictions
- Sleep disorders
- Emotional blocks
- Relational blocks
- Physical pain
- Etc.

Dehypnosis is a deep reprogramming. By shaking up the reference points, it changes the paradigms (beliefs, perceptions, engrams) thus leading to a modification of the sensations, a cleansing of the emotions and from there will result in the emergence of new behaviors and new habits.
It is an in-depth work, in which the defense mechanisms, the repetitive functionings, and the pains that have crystallized in the body are brought to light.
Dehypnosis, by thwarting the power of the mind, is a true and lasting psycho-corporal reorganization, and thus opens the way to a harmonious and conscious way of life.
To see one’s own functioning, to feel and explore the expression of one’s body, without reference, is, for the Kashmiri tradition, the only way to freedom.
I would be happy and honored to guide you on this path.
