Le Rêve de la Luciole
We are Philippe and Scylia and we created the school Le Rêve de la Luciole in 2011 with the aim of sharing and transmitting, through traditional disciplines, the joy of presence in the moment.
Our school is a structure independent. We do not depend on any federation, either for Martial Arts or Kashmiri Yoga.
Our research is, and has always been, guided by a desire to “make simple“: disciplines as close as possible tobeing, a practice purified, free of all folklore.
This course is intended for all those who are willing to make a commitment on a track of interior search in the perspective, not to acquire additional techniques to feel even more “full”, but on the contrary tolisten what is already there, to go to the meeting of what the body knows, by reconnecting the body,mind andenvironment.
